Monckton Chambers is a leading set of barristers' chambers, based in London.  We practise across a wide range of commercial and civil law, with a particular focus on EU, competition, VAT, other indirect taxes and public & administrative law.  We are recognised as market leaders in the specialist advocacy, advisory and dispute-resolution services.

FRAUDULENT USE OF CHAMBERS' INFORMATION

Information contained on our website may have been used in false context and without permission to fraudulently represent Chambers through emails and letters.   

The fraudulent communication is often presented with an urgency to provoke the recipient to take action immediately.
