Hutchison 3G v Ofcom [Court of Appeal)
Hutchison 3G is appealing against the Competition Appeal Tribunal judgment in the non- price issues in the mobile call termination market review litigation. H3G challenges the finding that it has market power for the purpose of Ofcom's market review and contends that the Tribunal has taken account of the wrong considerations in reaching that finding.
