Lewis v Environment Agency (Administrative Court)
An application for judicial review of a decision by the Environment Agency to grant a permit under Regulation 10 of the Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations 2000 to Onyx on 27th August 2004 in respect of the New Albion Landfill Site, Occupation Road, Spring Cottage, Leicestershire. The application was dismissed.
