Anti-Dumping and Trade Protection Measures
Monckton Chambers has a number of members with experience in these areas. Members have experience of challenging Community anti-dumping and trade protection measures in the Community Courts.
Members also deal with anti-dumping duties in the context of their customs duties practices (for example, advising importers on relief from liability from such duties under the 'good faith' provisions of the Community Customs Code).
